If you are intested in either testing new features on these OSes, or confirming backward-compatibility to existing OS releases, you can request beta access by joining the Beta Users group on this forum (Note: You must be logged in to access this page). Using the TestFlight requires a Drafts Pro subscription.
Once you are granted access to that group, look for the pinned post in the restricted Beta topic for details on joining the TestFlight.
