Action to Summon Capture Window?

I am a big fan of the “show capture” action in shortcuts that brings up a floating window on iOS. I would like to add this to my Lock Screen (vs the default “new draft” action) to be able to append to existing drafts etc. Is there a Drafts action I can create to recreate that shortcut so it runs from the Lock Screen? Thanks.

This Capture action will do that.

It just uses the drafts://capture URL to open it.
