Ability to Update or Refresh Groups

I installed the Drafts on another person’s iPhone. I noticed that her groups Basic, Editing, Markdown, Tools, and Processing are more comprehensive than my Basic, Keyboard-Basic, Keyboard-Markdown, Keyboard-Tools, and Processing. By comprehensive, I mean that each group has several more actions.

Can I update or upgrade my groups to the latest version? If so, how?

Have a look at the action groups in the Action directory. In particular, those created by Agiletortoise. You should find matches and can install them to get the latest, updated versions.
